Thank you, Anonymous Reader, for requesting that The Honest Factor dedicate a blog to this.

If you haven't heard yet, you're about to and I hope you voice your disgust with this decision like I am about to.  A building damaged by debris from the September 11, 2001 attacks will soon be a thirteen-story mosque. Yes, you read right.  I wonder who's the liberal asshole who thought THAT would be an "awesome" idea. While we're at it, I'd like to add a few sarcastic amendments to this plan:

1. Make a dedication to Japan where Pearl Harbor once stood.
2. Build a memorial for Timothy McVeigh, where the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building once was.
3. Construct a shrine for Ziah Jarrah (the terrorist who led the United 93 hijacking) at Stonycreek Township in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, where United 93 crashed.

We seem to be more interested in being tolerant to religion and politically correct than respectable to the lives that were lost in an attack involving Jihad MUSLIMS. Men, women and children died because of the radical beliefs of a sect of this religion. This is an obvious trojan horse and in no way should we allow such construction from happening. While as an American, I am proud of our right to freedom of religion (and speech- because without, THF wouldn't be here), there is a place for everything. There is a time for religious freedom and a time to be sensitive to what happened there. I'm sure there are other places you can stick a Mosque than right near the footprint where the World Trade Center once stood.

What the fuck are you thinking?

This country is too busy being politically correct and religiously tolerant to just stand up and say NO! Thanks, but no thanks. Go do your religious wailing elsewhere.
